FIX: ADIR() and DISPLAY MEMORY Cause "Feature Not Available"

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, version 2.5

SYMPTOMS

The following sequence of operations causes a "Feature not available" error message:

  1. Issue the following commands in the Command window:

          =ADIR(x)
          DISPLAY MEMORY
    

  2. Press the ESC key (to interrupt the DISPLAY MEMORY command).

  3. Issue the following command:

          =ADIR(x)
    

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in FoxPro 2.5 for Windows. This problem was corrected in FoxPro 2.5a for Windows.
