The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, version 2.5, 2.5a and 2.5b

The FoxPro Extensions that come with the Workgroup Templates enable FoxPro developers to tap into the mail messaging API (MAPI) and the Microsoft Schedule+ API (SPLUS). According to the README.WRI file (located in the WGTPLATE\DOCS subdirectory after you install the Workgroup Templates), the FoxPro Extensions may cause general protection (GP) faults for offline and remote users.

On page 4 under Section C, "Known Problems," it states:

The current version of the Schedule+ Libraries does not support
offline or remote users. The Schedule+ Libraries may cause General
Protection Fault (GPF) errors if the user is not connected to the
Mail post office. Microsoft Workgroup Templates includes Schedule+
   Libraries version 1.0a2.
