Heading for WATCOM C Makefile Is Missing

Microsoft FoxPro Library Construction Kit for MS-DOS and Windows, versions 2.5

On page 26 of the "Developer's Guide" for the FoxPro Library Construction Kit (LCK), a heading is missing, which incorrectly indicates that the makefile is a continuation from the previous page.

The title "WATCOM C Makefile for MS-DOS" on page 25, should be repeated on page 26 so that it is clear that these are two different makefiles.
