PRB: Demo Application Windows Are Truncated on 9-Inch Screens

The windows in the demonstration applications (for example, RESTAURANT.APP) will be truncated on 9-inch screens, which is the size of the monitor on the Macintosh SE/30 and some other Macintoshes.

These applications were not designed for screens of that size.
