The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft FoxPro for MS-DOS, versions 2.5b and 2.6
  • Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, versions 2.5b and 2.6

When you hold down the SHIFT key and press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key, FoxPro for MS-DOS and FoxPro for Windows will highlight the text as it scrolls.

However, pressing SHIFT and the arrow keys on the numeric keypad highlights text in FoxPro for MS-DOS only when NUMLOCK is on. In FoxPro for Windows, pressing SHIFT and the arrow keys on the numeric keypad highlights text only when NUMLOCK is off.
