SYMPTOMS

Aladdin Software's Shortcut extension has been reported to cause FoxPro to crash with a "Type 1 System Error" message after you press COMMAND+O to open a file.

RESOLUTION

To avoid this problem, remove the extension by dragging it out of the System Folder:Extensions subfolder.
