The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft FoxPro for MS-DOS, versions 2.5, 2.5a, 2.5b, and 2.6
  • Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, versions 2.5, 2.5a, 2.5b, and 2.6

SUMMARY

Double-clicking the horizontal band indicator bar selects all objects within that specific band of the Report Writer. Conversely, clicking once on the indicator bar cancels the selection of any objects previously selected within the band.

More Information

In FoxPro for MS-DOS, to select all of the objects within the band, you must hold down the SHIFT key while double-clicking any of the indicator bars labeled "Title", "PgHead", "Detail", "PgFoot", or "Summary" found to the left of the vertical separator.

In FoxPro for Windows, the SHIFT key is not used. Simply double-clicking the gray band indicator below the objects within the band will select them.

In both versions, clicking anywhere on an unselected area within any of the bands will cancel the selection of all objects previously selected, regardless of their location.
