The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSDouble-clicking a view file (.VUE) in Finder starts FoxPro but does not restore the environment saved by that view file. NOTE: If the Distribution Kit has been installed, when FoxPro starts it displays a dialog box asking for a program file to DO. If you choose Cancel, FoxPro then quits.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in FoxPro versions 2.5b and 2.5c for Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATIONNOTE: In FoxBASE+ for Macintosh, double-clicking a view file in the Finder starts FoxBASE+ and then restores the environment settings stored in the view file.
