PRB: FOXTOUCH() Function Does Not Work Under Windows NT 3.1

SYMPTOMS

The FOXTOUCH() function does not modify the date/time stamp on a file when FoxPro for Windows is running under Microsoft Windows NT version 3.1.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem when FoxPro is running under Windows NT version 3.1 only. This problem does not occur on Windows NT version 3.5 or later.
