Last reviewed: April 30, 1996
Article ID: Q121624
The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, versions 2.5x, 2.6, 2.6a

SYMPTOMS

In FoxDoc, the Preserve Original Date And Time check box cannot be cleared.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

MORE INFORMATION

Page D15-15 of the FoxPro for Windows "Developer's Guide" states that the Preserve Original Date And Time check box can be selected to keep the original MS-DOS date/time stamp associated with the source code. If it is cleared, FoxDoc replaces the original date/time stamp with the current one.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

  1. From the Program menu, choose FoxDoc.

  2. Under Source Code And Action Diagrams, choose the Options button for Create Formatted Source Code Files.

Note that the Preserve Original Date And Time check box is disabled, preventing you from clearing the check box.
