How to Identify Array Element Attributes by Using TYPE()

Page L3-1101 of the Microsoft FoxPro 2.x Language Reference and Page 828 of the Microsoft Visual FoxPro Language Reference do not identify an array as a possible source or expression type.In addition, no method for identifying array element attributes is explicitly described in the Language Reference TYPE function.

You can, however, determine the data type of an array element by using the TYPE function with the following syntax:

   ?TYPE('arrayname(row[,col])')
