BUG: Running Application Invokes Foxapp When It Shouldn't

SYMPTOMS

Choosing Application from the Run menu to run an application invokes FOXAPP.APP, the built in application generator.

CAUSE

The Hard Drive is named Untitled.

RESOLUTION

Rename the Hard Drive to a different name, or run the application by using a different method, such as choosing Do from the Program menu, or typing DO <application name> in the Command window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
