FIX: "Option under construction" Message Appears in ATS

SYMPTOMS

In the Microsoft Anomaly Tracking System (ATS), a message box stating "Option under construction" may appear when making certain action choices.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. The version of ATS that ships with Visual Studio Service Pack 2, corrects the problem.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

  1. Load ATS and log in.

  2. Select a view that contains bug entries.

  3. Open an existing bug.

  4. In the bug details dialog box, right-click the mouse on the values side of the property sheet.

  5. Choose "Option Maintenance" from the displayed shortcut menu.

    NOTE: The "Option under construction" message box appears.
