Last reviewed: April 17, 1995
Article ID: Q86911
The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft FoxPro for MS-DOS, versions 1.02 and 2.0

SYMPTOMS

On a system with a Paradise VGA+ graphics card installed, difficulties occur with the mouse when you are running FoxPro in a high-resolution video mode (more than 50 lines of 80 characters).

CAUSE

Earlier versions of the Paradise VGA+ graphics card do not fully support the mouse in these high-resolution video modes.

RESOLUTION

When you are using the mouse, use only standard VGA mode or extended video modes up to 50 x 80. Paradise Technical Support acknowledges this limitation and is researching a solution.

Paradise VGA+ is manufactured by a vendor independent of Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding this product's performance or reliability.
