FIX: CREATE FROM Does Not Update Filename on Status Bar

SYMPTOMS

The status bar does not reflect the name of a newly created file.

CAUSE

The CREATE FROM command is used to create a database while the status bar is ON.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS. This problem was corrected in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated September 26, 1991.

MORE INFORMATION

The CREATE FROM command assumes that the source database is created manually or with the command COPY STRUCTURE EXTENDED. See the "FoxPro Commands & Functions" manual for additional information.
