SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0, the RLLBACK function will not cause the local record value on a BROWSE REFRESH to be updated with the original value. The RLLBACK function is available through NETWARE.PLB.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS. This problem was corrected in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated March 25, 1992.

The Transaction Tracking System (TTS) is a system built into Novell NetWare that protects database applications from corruption by backing out incomplete transactions that result from failure in a network component. NETWARE.PLB is a FoxPro application programming interface (API) library that includes functions that access NetWare's TTS functions. This library was first included in the November 15, 1991 release of FoxPro 2.0.
