The information in this article applies to:
An ON ESCAPE routine is called when the user attempts to interrupt program execution. An application can disable the ON ESCAPE routine with the SET ESCAPE OFF command. An ON KEY LABEL ESCAPE routine is called when program execution has stopped and the application is waiting for user input. This routine is called regardless of the SET ESCAPE setting. The following sample application demonstrates the differences between the ON KEY LABEL ESCAPE and ON ESCAPE commands:
