SUMMARY

Session 9, "Generating Applications with FoxApp," of the Microsoft FoxPro "Getting Started" manual incorrectly asks the user to open a program file called STARTUP.PRG, which does not exist. The correct program name is SCAFFOLD.PRG.

MORE INFORMATION

"Generating Applications with FoxApp" demonstrates how to create applications with FOXAPP. In early releases of FoxPro, FOXAPP would create applications with STARTUP.PRG as the main calling program. FOXAPP was later enhanced to add the capability of generating multiple-table applications. This change occurred in the March 25, 1992, release in which STARTUP.PRG was replaced with SCAFFOLD.PRG.
