REGION.DBF File in "Getting Started" Does Not Exist

Page G11-10 of the "Getting Started" manual incorrectly refers to a REGION.DBF file that is located in the TUTORIAL subdirectory. This file does not exist.

Use the MOREREG.DBF database file instead. It is located in the TUTORIAL subdirectory and has the same information as the referenced REGION.DBF file.
