SYMPTOMSWhen you edit a page in FrontPage Editor, you may not see the pointer.
CAUSEThis problem occurs if you are using the Integrated Micro Solutions (IMS) Twin Turbo graphics card. The 9600 Graphics Accelerator extension is used to display text and graphic acceleration functions for the IMS Twin Turbo graphics card.
RESOLUTIONTo solve the problem, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Disable Text Acceleration in the IMS Twin Turbo Control Panel
Method 2: Disable the 9600 Graphics Accelerator ExtensionDisable the 9600 Graphics Accelerator extension by moving the extension from the System:Extensions folder to the Extension Disabled folder.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
