Size of Files in ROM Reported Incorrectly

SYMPTOMS

The file size for files that reside in ROM (such as Pword.exe and Pxl.exe) exceeds 4 MB.

CAUSE

The size of the files in ROM are not actually this large. The sizes are inaccurate.

STATUS

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
