SYMPTOMSWhen you open a file in Microsoft Pocket Excel, the cells in the spreadsheet may be missing border formatting.
CAUSEThis problem can occur if you convert a Microsoft Excel 97 file that includes an empty cell with border formatting.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, format the cell borders in Pocket Excel. To do so, use the following steps:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows CE Services version 2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
