Controls on Web Page Not Printed Correctly

SYMPTOMS

When you use Internet Explorer to print a Web page that contains controls (such as buttons, list boxes, tickers, etc.), the text on the controls is printed correctly, but the controls themselves may not be printed.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Internet Explorer listed above. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
