Individual Frames May Not Be Refreshed as Expected

SYMPTOMS

When you are viewing a Web page with multiple frames and you click Refresh, the page may not be updated as you expect.

If you navigate to another site within a frame, you lose the page within the frame when you click Refresh.

CAUSE

When you click Refresh, the original page is updated.

RESOLUTION

To refresh a frame within a page, use the right mouse button to click in the frame you want to refresh, and then click Refresh on the menu that appears.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
