Internet Meter Does Not Appear with Internet Explorer 4.0

SYMPTOMS

When you install the Starfish Internet Meter program on a computer with Internet Explorer 4.0 installed, an icon is added to the taskbar, but the program inlay does not replace the animated logo in the upper right corner of the Internet Explorer 4.0 window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
