SYMPTOMSWhen you try to edit a Web page using FrontPage Express, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to open the location <Web address>. CAUSEThis problem occurs because FrontPage Express cannot edit a Web page using a modem connection to the Internet.
RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, you must edit the Web page while offline after it is saved in the Temporary Internet Files folder. To do so, use one of the following methods: Method 1 -------- Edit the Web page using Internet Explorer. To do so, follow these steps:
