To add favorites to the Internet Explorer Channel bar, follow these steps:

Start Internet Explorer, and then navigate to the Web site you want to add to the Channel bar.
On the Favorites menu, click Add To Favorites.
Click the subscription option you want for this Web site, and then click OK.
Click Favorites, right-click the favorite you want to add to the Channel bar, and then click Copy.
Right-click the Channels folder, and then click Paste.
