Problems Redrawing Screen with Tab Window Manager

SYMPTOMS

When you are using Tab Window Manager (TWM), switching between Full Screen mode and Normal mode may cause your display to have problems redrawing the screen.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer 4.01. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
