Wab.exe is Linked to Missing Export Advapi32.dll CAUSEThis behavior can occur when the Advapi32.dll file is the incorrect version or is damaged.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
Windows 95Extract a new copy of the Advapi32.dll file from the Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01 Ie4_s1.cab cabinet file to the Windows\System folder. To do this, follow these steps:
Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2)Extract a new copy of the Advapi32.dll file from your original Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2) CD-ROM to the Windows\System folder. The Advapi32.dll file is located in the Win95_17.cab cabinet file on the Windows 95 OSR2 CD-ROM.
