SYMPTOMS

When you connect to a Web page, you may receive the following error message:

   An ActiveX control on this page is not safe. Your current security
   settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result,
   the page may not display correctly.

CAUSE

This error message can occur because of an incompatibility between CyberMedia First Aid 98 and Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION

Contact CyberMedia Technical Support to inquire about obtaining a patch update for First Aid 98.
