These strong encryption binaries are also provided in the Windows NT 4.0 128-bit version of the service pack.

How do I obtain the 128-bit version of the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack?

  • Windows NT Service Pack 3 128-bit North American Version. NOTE: Windows NT customers must install this to enable 128-bit Support in Internet Explorer

NOTE: When you choose to download the 128-bit version of the Service Pack, the file that is saved to your hard disk is Nph-ntfinal.pl. To successfully install the service pack, save the file as 128sp3.exe. If you have already downloaded the file as Nph-ntfinal.pl, rename the file to 128sp3.exe and then execute it by viewing the instruction on the Web site.
