SUMMARYAlthough there is no limit to the number of tables that a Database Designer diagram can contain, you will have better performance and a more stable work environment if you limit the number of tables in a database diagram to 300 or less.
MORE INFORMATIONThe performance of the Database Designer is dependent on the size of the machine's physical and virtual memory. Under low memory conditions, the performance of the Database Designer will degrade and possibly crash your machine. Experience has shown a limit of approximately 300 tables in a database diagram on a P100 with 24 MB of RAM.
