SUMMARY

This article describes the availability of the Itupd.exe file, an update to the Microsoft IntelliType software. The Itupd.exe file includes a new version of the Kbd32.cpl file that corrects problems encountered when you are using the IntelliType software with Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0.

NOTE: It is not necessary for you to install the IntelliType software update unless you have installed IntelliType software version 1.1 in Windows NT version 4.0.

  1. Download the Itupd.exe file to an empty folder.

  2. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, double-click the Itupd.exe file you downloaded in step 1.

  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
