SYMPTOMSWhen you start your computer, the IntelliMouse or IntelliMouse Trackball wheel may not respond, or some IntelliPoint features may not function correctly.
CAUSEThis behavior can occur if you install Pointix Engine for Windows 95, version 2.60 or earlier.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, use one of the following methods:
Uninstall Pointix EngineTo uninstall Pointix Engine, follow these steps:
Quit Pointix Engine Before Starting IntelliPointTo quit Pointix Engine and then start the IntelliPoint software, follow these steps:
