MORE INFORMATION

In most cases you will want to coordinate between your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the MBONE. In order be able to use multicast on the Internet, you will need to schedule your event/channel with and receive the multicast parameters from the MBONE organizers to do your broadcast.

NOTE: Multicast is best suited for the intranet.
