Office: Network Server Confirmation Missing From Manual

Last reviewed: September 16, 1996
Article ID: Q117553
The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Office for Windows, versions 4.2 and 4.3

On page 14 of the "Getting Started" manual that comes with Microsoft Office 4.2 and 4.3, the Network Server Confirmation dialog box is missing. This dialog box should be included after the third dialog box.

The Network Server Confirmation dialog box shows the confirmation prompt to specify where the shared files will be installed from when a user runs setup from the shared directory of an administrative setup of Office.
