SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office for Windows, when you display the Help dialog box, and you then select View Topic, the dialog box will be displayed, but it may be concealed behind the Cue Cards instead of being on top of the Cue Cards as expected. This behavior is inconsistent: sometimes the Help dialog box will be on top and sometimes the Cue Cards will be on top.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, resize or move the top application to view the application underneath.
