The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you run the Microsoft Office Setup program, Setup may ask you to insert Disk 1, then eject Disk 1 and ask you to insert Disk 2, then eject Disk 2 and ask you to insert Disk 1 again, and so on.
CAUSEThis behavior occurs if all of the following are true:
WORKAROUNDSTo work around this problem, use any of the following methods. Method 1: Turn PowerTalk off by doing the following:
a. From the Apple menu, choose Control Panels, and then choose PowerTalk Setup. b. Under Collaboration Services, select the Off option. c. Close the PowerTalk Setup dialog box, and restart your Macintosh.Method 2: Remove (unmount) the CD from the CD-ROM drive.
