SYMPTOMSIf you are in a Microsoft Excel worksheet section of a Microsoft Office Binder and you try to view a Visual Basic macro by clicking Show in the Object Browser, you will receive the following error message:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.Your only option is to click Close; clicking Close will shut down Microsoft Office Binder. Any changes made since the last save are lost.
WORKAROUNDTo view a Visual Basic for Applications macro that is in a Microsoft Office Binder, do the following:
