SYMPTOMS

When you use the Answer Wizard in Microsoft Office for Windows 95, some of the topics may appear to have little or nothing to do with your original request.

MORE INFORMATION

The Answer Wizard search depends on the text that you enter. The search engine evaluates the input string, parses the keywords, and returns as many responses as possible to match the information that you type in. If too many keywords are used in the query, or if one keyword has many topics associated with it (for example if one of the keywords is "print" or "macro"), then the Answer Wizard may return topics that do not appear to be related to the text you entered.
