OFF95: Shortcut Bar Answer Wizard Doesn't Search Individual Apps

SYMPTOMS

If you run Microsoft Answer Wizard from the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar, it will not give directions or specific answers on how to do specific tasks in individual applications (for example, Microsoft Excel 7.0).

CAUSE

When you run the Microsoft Answer Wizard from the Office Shortcut Bar, the Answer Wizard does not search individual Answer Wizard files.

WORKAROUND

If you want instruction for a specific application, run the Microsoft Answer Wizard from within that application.
