SYMPTOMSIf you establish an OLE link between Microsoft Excel sections in two different Binder documents, both Microsoft Excel worksheets may become locked in an infinite calculation loop. This problem only occurs if the linked cells contain a semi-calculated function such as RAND() or NOW().
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
