The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you start the Office Shortcut Bar for the first time, the only toolbar that is visible is the Office Toolbar. However the toolbar may not have all of the default buttons shown, and some items may also be missing from the Buttons tab in the Customize dialog box.
CAUSEIf you perform a Custom installation of Microsoft Office version 7.0 and you choose not to install the Office Shortcut Bar, this problem may occur if, later, you choose to re-install the Office Shortcut Bar.
RESOLUTIONTo restore the Office Toolbar on the OSB to its full default settings, do the following:

We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
