The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you install Microsoft Office, the Office components (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Binder) are not displayed on the Office toolbar on the Office Shortcut Bar.
CAUSEBy default, when you install Office, the Office toolbar does not display the buttons for the Office components, although these items can be displayed on the toolbar. Note that by default, the Office components are displayed on the Microsoft Office Manager (MOM) toolbar in Office versions 4.x.
RESOLUTIONTo display an Office component as a button on the Office toolbar, do the following:
