OFF95: "What's New" Window Appears Blank in Windows NT

SYMPTOMS

When you start the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar in Windows NT version 3.51, the "What's New in Microsoft Office for Windows 95" help screen may appear be blank.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, restart Microsoft Windows NT. Once Windows NT restarts, the Office Shortcut Bar will be able to properly display the "What's New in Microsoft Office for Windows 95" help screen.
