SYMPTOMSWhen you run an administrative setup of Microsoft Office 7.0 on a Windows 95 workstation to an NT Server, you receive the following error message
The specified folder: "y:\<long foldername>" is invalid, incomplete, too long, or write-protected. Enter a full path with the drive letter; for example, 'c:\apps'.where <long foldername> is a folder name that contains a space or is longer than eight characters.
