OFF95: "Untitled" Icon Present When Task Switching

SYMPTOMS

When the Office Shortcut Bar (OSB) is running, you will see two icons for it when task switching. One of these icons will be labeled "Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar" while the other will be labeled "Untitled."

MORE INFORMATION

This problem only occurs on Windows NT 3.51. It does not occur with Windows 95. Service Packs 1, 2 and 3 for Windows NT 3.51 do not fix this problem.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
