SYMPTOMS

When you click "Word Help" on the Help menu while you are in a Microsoft Word Binder section, the "WordPerfect Help" menu item is dimmed.

WORKAROUND

To workaround this problem, you need to view your Word section outside of the Binder. To view a section outside of a Binder, do the following:

  1. Activate your Binder section.

  2. Click "View Outside" on the Section menu.

The section now viewed within the relevant program, instead of within the Binder window. To bring the section back into Binder, click Close on the File menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
