OFF97: Compile Error Using Client Billing Template

SYMPTOMS

In the Microsoft Office 97 Binder, when you use the Client Billing.obz Binder template that is included with Microsoft Office for Windows 95, version 7.0, you may receive the following error message: 

   Compile Error:

   Can't find Project or Library

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
