SYMPTOMSWhen you run Microsoft Office 97 Setup, and then click Yes to remove an earlier version of Microsoft Office, Setup fails to remove all of the Microsoft Windows registry keys from the earlier version of Office.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
